1 General Provisions and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tea baji platform and all services operated under it. These Terms define the legal relationship between the member ("you") and tea baji ("we", "platform"). By using the site, completing registration, or using any service, you agree to comply fully with these Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on tea baji and use any betting or casino service, you must be at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. Any account registered in the name of a minor will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be considered void.

1.2 Geographic Applicability

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Users are themselves responsible for ensuring that participating in online betting or gaming is not in conflict with the laws of their local jurisdiction. tea baji bears no responsibility for any legal complications arising from a user's geographic location; that responsibility rests entirely with the member.

2 Membership and Account Registration

To register on tea baji, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. We reserve the right to permanently close any account registered with false information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• The name, mobile number, and email you provide must be genuine and valid.
• The mobile number provided at registration will be used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Password and Account Security

Keeping your account password completely confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, and if you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3 Account Verification and Security

Account verification (KYC) may be required before any withdrawal is processed. We may request identity documents, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method from members.

3.1 Required Documents

• A clear photo of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Popular mobile banking services and bank transfers in Bangladesh can be used for financial transactions on tea baji.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a method registered in the member's own name. Funds cannot be sent to a third-party account.
• The portion of a bonus that has not met its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal process is usually completed within 1 hour.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tea baji is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is identified, we will conduct the necessary investigation and reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the relevant account.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Various bonuses and promotions are offered on tea baji. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, and compliance with them is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, and to withdraw you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000. Completing this wagering is required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Conditions for Promotional Bonuses

• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated in the promotion's terms.
• Once the claim deadline for a bonus has passed, that offer will no longer be available.
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if a member is found to have abused the bonus system.
• Each bonus may apply to specific game categories. For example, a slots star reward applies only to slot games.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. The final decisions on cashback amounts and VIP tier changes are reserved with tea baji.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in betting and gaming activities on tea baji.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, tea baji reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• Any attempt to create a guaranteed profit by placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Determining Game Results

The results of all casino games are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Live casino game results are managed by a live dealer and are independently verifiable. Sports betting results are determined in accordance with the official announcements of the relevant sports authority.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Using any technical method or software to influence game results.
• Collecting or misusing other members' account information.
• Using the platform's name or identity to deceive third parties.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

tea baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Involvement in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Multiple accounts being operated by the same person.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned subject to the applicable conditions.

8 Limitation of Liability

tea baji will not be liable for the following:

• Loss or missed bets resulting from internet connection disruption.
• Any inconvenience caused by technical problems with a member's own device.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account by a third party (where the member was themselves negligent).
• Game results going against a member's expectations.

tea baji always strives to maintain service quality, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to unforeseen technical issues or maintenance work. In such situations, service will be restored as quickly as possible.

9 Data Protection and Privacy

We treat the protection of members' personal data with the highest importance. tea baji uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure. We never sell members' personal information to third parties. 10 Responsible Gaming Policy
